What We Believe

Salvation

Because we are born into sin and iniquity God sent his son Jesus to redeem us back back to Himself.

Jesus says “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me” (John 14:6 NIV)

“Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved” (Acts 4:12 NIV)

Baptism of the Holy Spirit

God desires that every believer receive the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, and it is evident in the speaking of other tongues. This also includes the continual evidence of hearing and being obedient to the voice of God.

I wrote about all that Jesus began to do and to teach, until the day he was taken up to heaven, after giving instructions through the Holy Spirit to the apostles he had chosen (Acts 1:1-2 NIV)

All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them (Acts 2:4)

Water Baptism

Water Baptism is a necessary part of our Salvation walk…

Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit (Acts 2:38)

Deliverance

Deliverance, healing, and restoration is God’s promise. Jesus came to heal the lost. Demonic depression and oppression are a reality. Deliverance may be necessary in some cases.

The Spirit of the Lord is on me,
because he has anointed me
to proclaim good news to the poor.
He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners
and recovery of sight for the blind,
to set the oppressed free (Luke 4:18 NIV)

Prophetic

In the Bible, prophecy is essential because it brings revelation of the Word of God to the Church. Through it God reveals his plans for our lives.

I would like every one of you to speak in tongues, but I would rather have you prophesy. The one who prophesies is greater than the one who speaks in tongues, unless someone interprets, so that the church may be edified (1 Corinthians 14:5 NIV)
